agree  Giuseppe Bellone: "Acts carried out" is even more neutral, I think. Obviously we are talking about some kind of offence, certainly not "good deeds". One doesn't have to be protected against something good he's done!! At least we hope so!:)

I'd call them violations though because this may not necessarily be something punishable by law, just an infringement of company policy.
