Cosa deve fare il Hiring Manager per assumere:

From guidelines to the Hiring Manager on what to do to hire personnel; in this case trainees for internships, presumably, but how would you render "open/closed stages" in decent English?

Explanation:
I would imagine that's what they mean by "chiuso" and "aperto". Absolutely not "stage". Stage is a French term, used to mean training period, internship or course in Italian. We only use "stage" if we're talking about the theatre ;)
