Italian term or phrase: La attrice
This comes from a "Valutazione del Potenziale" that was conducted for a business on three employees.

Actress doesn't make sense to me in this context.
Would it be the person evaluating him instead?
I know they were doing different exercises like role play exercises and things, but it seems strange that they would use "actress"...

Context:

Leading People

actress

Explanation:
IIRC there may be, in fact, one or more professional actor or actress involved in role-playing session for business, often conducting them - a significant number of actors seem to have re-oriented their dramatic skills to offer various kind of services in the area of human resources to business concerns.
