It literally means "having relationships in existence in the company's name". It's redundant, since you couldn't transfer money between accounts other than the company's, but that's neither here nor there.

If you're a minimalist like me, you could just say "transfer funds between the company's bank accounts".

As far as I'm aware, trasferimenti and giroconti are both transfers in English. I don't know if there's any difference in Italian.

Asker: I see what you mean but I have translated "giroconti" as "inter-account transfer", to distinguish it from "trasferimenti". This then sounds like the same thing. Would you say I have understood "giroconti" wrong?
