get X or Y to say they'll be the one...... Explanation: Sounds like it's advice from one agent to others on how to get paid. I'm thinking on the lines of 'get XXX or YYY to say they'll be the one that deals with paying you' - which is logical if you look at the next bit. |

take it up with/talk to Explanation: far una "parte" means demand/complain literally make a scene/call somebody out but in this case I'd say "take it up with" "Regarding your commissions, take it up with" another option would be "Talk to xxx or yyy about your commissions and make sure you ...., otherwise they won't pay. |
