As I see it, "a tutto marmo" is the overall size removed from the quarry face, including/allowing for wastage and/or irregular shape of the extracted block; "commerciali" refers to block dimensions hxwxd generally accepted in the trade for SALES purposes. Render these concepts as you prefer. NB "A tutto marmo" as phrase gets a sad 4 hits only in Google!? |
