(HV/HT) wire tang/s Explanation: it's the end of the wire that goes into the clamp. It's a sort of a wrap that provides better contact with and a tighter fit into the clamp. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 2 days23 hrs (2009-11-30 09:00:30 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Ciao, Mara. Just for the record: wire tang is exactly that: a hollow stud, wrapping around the cable/wire end to insure a snag fit into the clamp. Look at my explanation. Anyway, it doesn't matter... what the client wans the client gets! |
