Explanation:
it does mean "body text indent: 5mm", in layout speak.
(as it refers to "corpo testo/body text" and not "prima riga/first line", I think the 5mm indent is applied to the whole para, not just the first line)
Whether this should be translated or not, really depends on who will do the layout for this text: an Italian, or an English team?
I'd check with the client.
