This appears on an Italian transcript at the top, an I undertand that MATR. makes reference to the student's ID number at the university, however I have a doubt as to whether translate any of the above or leave as it is. What is your opinion? thanks!

Thanks! Thats what I did. Im sorry I closed this question by mistake. My computer was stuck the last two days and kept crashing and when I tried to grade it somehow was pressing the close question and closed it! So sorry! It happened with a few other questions too! Thanks for the help and patience!
