custom-sized equipment for ambient-temperature food Explanation: I've found the following description on one of Electrolux sites in Italy: "La scelta ampia e personalizzata è assicurata dalla struttura modulare degli elementi che permettono di combinare piani di lavoro e lavelli con basi neutre, riscaldate, refrigerate e per congelamento" (Link 1) So, we're dealing with the temperature range and in their UK sites Electrolux uses the phrases like "ambient units" where there is "neutre" in Italian (Link 2) Sometimes the equipment for ambient-temperature food is simply called "ambient equipment" ( eg http://www.colbrook-equipment.co.uk/ ) -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 13 hrs 30 mins (2005-12-01 08:18:45 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- oops, sorry "... on their UK sites Electrolux use ..."
