I'm not sure what they are trying to say here. Thanks for any help. A "geometra" is talking:

  -> If you interpret it as I did that the "we" is the firm or the architect and not the inhabitants, I think it does justice to the concept in the original. If you interpret "nostro" as a more general everybody and therefore inhabitants, then yes.
