Explanation:
A simpler translation would be "assets for donation". Companies often donate obsollete computers and equipment like printers to charity. A client of mine a large bank has recently upgraded all its computer systems and classified all its old pcs printers and what have you as "beni devolvibili" because it is giving them all away to various charitable causes. Any good dictionary will give the word "beneficenza" as part of the definition for "devolvere".
