"Verificare i dati contenuti nell'Ordine di Inizio Lavoro per dare il benestare all'operazione di "Conferma Ordine di Inizio Lavoro" **a sistema informatico**"

They mean "a sistema informatico" in the sense of "con il sistema informatico"

I'm not sure if it should be "through the computer system (of IT system or data processing system) or "with the computer system" or some other variation.
