Italian term or phrase: bocconcino del re
This is a film, a scene in an inn, drunken cowboys and bar-girls, a big roast pig on a spit... The waiter hands a piece to one of the bar girls and says "Il bocconcino del re per la regina!".
So far I've thought of "The king's morsel", "The king's tit-bit"... any other ideas? Thanks.

a royal morsel
Explanation:
I think your ideas are very nice. How about...a royal morsel for your highness...(or for m'lady).
Just a thought.
