Italian term or phrase: a consumo
in a contract of services there are various types of subscriptions. One of these is called "abbonamento a consumo o prepagato". what can I use for **a consumo"? or is it OK to call it "consumer's subscription"?

pay per use
Explanation:
I think this is what we call "pay per use" subscriptions in the UK, i.e. you only pay for what you use as opposed to paying a yearly subscription.

There are also various Italian websites which included the term in brackets.

Thanks Claire and also to Maurizio and metaphonic..since it is a fee for a contract of credit's information then it refers to a pay-per-use rather than pay-per-view..
