Association/Organisation Meeting Explanation: I would add association or organisaton to make the point that it is not a company meeting. Though you could just as easily leave it out as "congressuale" is essentially redundant in the context provided. |

plenary session of the congress / congress Explanation: A big congress is usually an event covering a few days full of meetings. The "assemblea" will be a plenary session with everybody invited.
