professional standards Explanation: I don't think there's any direct translation for this - it means activities which may be carried out only by suitably qualified people. You could translate the whole thing as follows: "The company may, subject to the law and to professional standards, carry out..." You don't need to repeat "law" as the Italian has done, since "nei limiti di legge" is a cover-all. |
