cf. in FR location-gérance for which there are up to 5 - misguided - lease management translations on ProZ and KudoZ.

Whilst there are many forms of a *business format franchise* i.e. of name, trademark and products, the term IS wide enough to encompass a straight lease of a business. Also the franchisee runs the trad for his or her own account.
