I am translating a document issued by the Registry of Commerce. Basically, it is a standard form having the company name, date of registration of the company with the registry, date it was liquidated (and struck off register), objects of the company etc...

then there are the above two headings which I cannot figure out:

capitale part. (CHF) AND buoni di partecipazione

They are situated next to each other on the document.
