Ho problemi con questa voce in quanto non riesco a capire dal contesto il suo significato. Si tratta di una serie di moduli di diverse autorizzazioni, orari, ecc. dove nel campo intestazione c'è nome azienda, più questa voce "entità" con sotto una sigla. L'azienda ha diversi stabilimenti, potrebbe essere tradotto con "sito"?Si potrebbe trattare di entità produttive???
