all around (points of contact) Explanation: The sentence reads, spot welded and glued and siliconed all around. I don't believe it is covering the entire surface, as it doesn't make sense to use silicone in that manner when paint is more efficient. I believe it is the points of contact between the frame and the laminate wall that are glued and siliconed as a measure against vibration and noise. |
