agree  Nancy Arrowsmith: with changing the sentence around, but lively isn't right - warm atmosphere, simple but warm, something like that

  -> you're right, "lively" isn't really the best translation. "warm" is a good alternative, or perhaps "merry" seeing as we're talking about Christmas
