Italian term or phrase: senza farli cadere dall'alto
The text is a presentation describing the new advertising campaign for a leading cosmetics manufacturer. The heading of this particular slide is "quale linguaggio vogliamo usare" and it's followed by the following three points:

"Essere seri senza essere seriosi

Trasmettere i nostri contenuti senza farli cadere dall’alto

Rivestire di bellezza e di eleganza la scientificità"

I'd like your ideas on how to translate "senza farli cadere dall'alto".

TIA

Thanks a lot for all your excellent suggestions, I had a hard time choosing the best one. In the end I selected Maurizio's answer simply because it seemed more consistent with the style of my text.

Best wishes and thanks again for your help.

without talking down to you

Explanation:
I'm stealing this really from an earlier answerer, but "talking down" definitely sounds better from an advertising point of view, if you want to avoid the "preaching" angle (which could I suppose even get you into hot water if they reckon the ad is anti-clerical!).
"Talking down" has the advantage of having a broad meaning.

Explanation:
this goes further afield, but it's what they're talking about.
Otherwise, patronizing or talking down to are the correct terms.
