A storno totale (segue elenco fatture)

Va bene "as unsettled invoices"?

Grazie a tutti.

write-off
Explanation:

neutral  Russell Jones: (neutral=don't know) "write-off" suggests no agreement between parties but a realistic acceptance that the invoice will not be paid, perhaps due to insolvency of the debtor.

reversal

Explanation:

sorry Russel: I meant goods instead of good and reasons instead of reassons ---

neutral  Russell Jones: (neutral=don't know) "credit note" is acceptance that invoice (in whole or part) should not be paid; sometimes to be set against cost of future purchases. To Lacri; agreed - no room to cover all circumstances!

-> to Russel: I don't quite agree with you credit note is not necessarily acceptance of payment not paid but even issued against returned good, discount not applied and many more business reassons
