I would appreciate any assistance with this expression in Hungarian. I have translated it "inclusion" in reference to social issues, and as "realignment" in business or financial documents. However, this is a sports-related text. The general definition has to do with catching up, meeting up with international or general standards. I wouldn't like to call it a "Catching-up Fund". But, perhaps in the world of sports this would be acceptable.

I would be grateful for any other suggestions or insights.
