There is nothing "beteges" about being loyal. It's too bad the author used a negative-sounding word. This is literature, we don't need medical definitions here.

juvera: I would be sad, if my translator would want to "improve " upon what I wrote. Loyalty is p ositive, but it is not, what the writer wrote. A válaszra a válasz: micsoda balszerencse, hogy a bálványimádók görcsösen ragaszkodnak tévhiteikhez. (Szóválogatás.)

-> "ragaszkodas" sounds to me like something very noble... Anything "noble" is positive for me... But, hey, go ahead, feel free to re-create mediocrity... and stay in a world that's got way too shallow already.
