Kérdésedre:
Igen, a jelentése itt: „átömlesztett”. A „transzfundált beteg” viszont „vérátömlesztést kapott beteg”:)
A transzfúzió (transfusio) persze bevett kifejezés (=vérátömlesztés), abból kreálták, és úgy néz ki, hogy már kezd meggyökeresedni a magyar orvosi nyelvben.
Azért én megpróbálom elkerülni... :)
