kötelezettségvállaló responsible party/party assuming responsibility Explanation: Az obligor pontos, de többnyire csak pénzügyi kötelezettség értelemben használatos. A guarantor szerintem mast jelent (jótálló). |

kötelezettségvállaló not for grading Explanation: A következő szöveg: "The Form of tender must be completed, signed and dated by a duly authorised representative on behalf of the tenderer." Másik eset: "The tenderer should submit a written statement of willingness from the parent company indicating that the latter guarantees fulfilment of the Contract in accordance with the invitation to tender at all times." A mondat eléggé érthető, leányvállalat esetében garanciát kérnek a fő vállalattól. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 2 days 19 hrs 9 mins (2005-03-24 15:06:15 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Bocs, \"guarantor\"-ra gondoltam az utolsó mondatban. |
