declaration of escrow/deposit Explanation: Such long legal sentences are always ambiguous, and so it is with this one. This 'meghagyás' is not a writ or injunction as usual by a judge, but simply a remark or declaration of intent, though with full legal force. 'letét' can be a deposit or escrow, I'm not sure. Another problem for me is "általa történő igazolás". Though it is basically logical that the buyer should prove payment, however, I can also imagine that he might only allow the lawyer to act if the seller himself gives him the go-ahead saying that he has received payment from the seller. I was interested in this sentence and so made my own rough translation for you for better understanding as you indicated problems with it (no wonder, such sentences are monsters). So: 'Seller undertakes in a separate declaration countersigned by a lawyer to irrevocably agree to the registration of right of ownership, and he is depositing this declaration with a declaration of escrow (or simply "with the remark") that the lawyer is only allowed and obliged to attach this declaration at the register of title deeds after proof of payment of the full purchase price by the buyer/seller.' (you have to choose from the last two) |

deposit condition Explanation: deposit condition You may also just use ‘with the condition, that’, since ‘deposit’ is already in the sentence and this clearly refers to it. |
