Az itt listázott bűncselekmények szerintem az „úgynevezett katalogizált” bűncselekmények (listed offences, németül Listendelikte). Teljesen egyértelmű, hogy a katalogizált bűncselekmények alatt a 2002/584/JHA számú Council Framework Decision Art.2.2 alatti listát kell érteni. Végül még egy példát idézek a listed offences-re egy pontosan idevágó szövegből (téma: European Arrest Warrant, amit a kerethatározat elfogadásával alkotta meg a Tanács): „Further, for a long list of (32) offences, the Framework Decision removes the principle of double criminality, … .
