suffer harm / injury /...
Explanation:
Amennyiben a szövegben "sérelmet elszenvedett fél" szerepel, a fordítás "the aggrieved party". Lelki sérelmet szenvedett fél pedig a party who suffered mental distress.

detriment
discontent
grievance
harm
injury
lesion
mortification
nuisance
offense
prejudice
tort
wound
wrong
magánjogi sérelem: private wrong

"(c) The person suffered the injury or loss for which relief is claimed in the tort action as a proximate result of the victim of conduct that, if prosecuted, would constitute a felony, a misdemeanor that is an offense of violence, an attempt to commit a felony, or an attempt to commit a misdemeanor that is an offense of violence acting against the person in self-defense, defense of another, or defense of the victim’s residence, regardless of whether the person has been convicted of or pleaded guilty to or has been charged with committing the felony, the misdemeanor, or the attempt to commit the felony or misdemeanor. agree  Katalin Horváth McClure: suffer loss, suffer damage - mivel a kiegészítő magyarázat szerint vagyontárgyakról van szó.

A "loss" v.

(was) aggrieved the loss of or damage to...

Explanation:
A megadott szövgkörnyezetben: Petitioner (complainant): your residence at the time you aggrieved the loss of or damage to your property (or whatever).

neutral  Rajkumar Sinha: Akkor sem tudnék egyetérteni, ha helyesen szerepelne (to be aggrieved by. Pl.: be aggrieved by an act of discriminatory harassment) mert jogi értelemben ez inkább azt jelenti, hogy "sérelmezni".

incur a loss/forfeit

Explanation:
A "sérelem" itt egyértelműen "loss", magántulajdontól lévén szó.
