agree  juvera: A közügyek gyakorlása a választási jogon alapszik.Ha ettől megfosztják, nem választhat,nem választható: el van tiltva a közügyek gyakorlásától: disenfranchised./OK, a bírósági aktus a disqualification, az eredmény: he is disenfranchised.
