correct a violation Explanation: Angolul nem köntörfalazunk annyira és az állapotot kihagyjuk, mert ha a törvénysértés cselekményét vagy eredményét felszámoljuk, akkor azzal a jogsértő állapotot is felszámoltuk. Angolul a violation nem csak a cselekményt jelenti, hanem az állapotot is. Lásd: the company was found in violation of... A violation itt jó, mert alkalmazható szabálysértésre is meg törvénysértésre is. Ennek megfelelően a correct az állapotra is vonatkozik. |

correction of non-compliance Explanation: Under certain circumstances either term may be correct. Infringement is the term of art not only in the case trademarks but also patents. Non-compliance is the term of art when rules and regulations by a government are violated. Violation is a vague term that I would avoid if I have the context and can be more precise. Infringement is an activity that can be stopped, non-compliance is more like a condition that may be rectified or corrected. |
