Angolul nem köntörfalazunk annyira és az állapotot kihagyjuk, mert ha a törvénysértés cselekményét vagy eredményét felszámoljuk, akkor azzal a jogsértő állapotot is felszámoltuk. Angolul a violation nem csak a cselekményt jelenti, hanem az állapotot is. Lásd: the company was found in violation of... A violation itt jó, mert alkalmazható szabálysértésre is meg törvénysértésre is. Ennek megfelelően a correct az állapotra is vonatkozik.
