zártkörű részvénytársaság private limited company Explanation: A HUTERM-en erről nagy vita volt, tudniillik cégformaként ilyen csak Magyarországon van, mindenesetre a részvénytársaság "company limzed by shares", a nyilvánosakat public limited company, a zártkörűeket private limited company néven emlegetik, de ezek Angliában kft-k is lehetnek - egy biztos, hogy tőkeegyesítő társaságok és a tulajdonosok köre korlátozott. |

zártkörű részvénytársaság private corporation Explanation: egy példa: Marton and Assoc., Inc. (A feleségem és én), mi 100 részvénnyel alapitottuk a térsaségot kb 10 évvel ezelött. A részvények nincsenek forgalomban. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 4 hrs (2006-02-14 12:18:04 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- No igen, és 'private', ellentéte a public, publicly traded (company, etc.) -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 4 hrs (2006-02-14 12:22:17 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- És persze vannak milliárdos vállaatok, amelyeknek ugyanez a szervezete. Hogy családi vállalkozásként indultak-e (többnyire igen, de nem feltétlenül), az irreleváns. Irreleváns már az alapitáskor is. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 4 hrs (2006-02-14 12:49:36 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- "What is the objective function in corporate finance for a private firm? The objective of maximizing stock prices is a relevant objective only for firms which are publicly traded. How, then, can corporate finance principles be adapted for private firms? For firms which are not publicly traded, the objective in decision making is the maximization of firm value. The investment, financing and dividend principles we will develop in the chapters to come apply for both publicly traded firms, which focus on stock prices, and private businesses, that maximize firm value. Since firm value is not observable and has to be estimated, what private businesses will lack is the feedback, sometimes unwelcome, that publicly traded firms get when they make major decisions." http://pages.stern.nyu.edu/~adamodar/New_Home_Page/AppldCF/d... -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 5 hrs (2006-02-14 13:47:28 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Érdemes ezeket is megnézni: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/State-owned_corporation "closed corporation, Definition: A corporation in which all of the voting stock is held by a few shareholders, such as management or family members. also called private company." http://www.investorwords.com/890/closed_corporation.html |
