Kimaradt a “pl.” (“Ha pl. orvosszakértőről van szó…”)

A “forensic expert” nem csak orvos lehet – minden ágazatban vannak igazságügyi szakértők. Képzettségük és tapasztalatuk alapján a bíróság elfogadja a véleményüket, mint “szakértői” véleményt.
Ha a te igazságügyi szakértőd megfelel ezeknek a kritériumoknak meg a fenti definíciónak, akkor “forensic expert” (ez az igazságügyi szakértő pontos angol megfelelője). Ha általánosabb, kevésbé kvalifikáló kifejezést akarsz használni, akkor a József által javasolt tágabb értelmű “legal expert” is jó (de ez nem az alapértelmezett "igazságügyi szakértő").
