neutral  András Veszelka: Itt viszont a community már közösséget is jelenthet (korosodó közösség), sőt elsődlegesen azt jelenti, ezért ez szerintem településhez nem jó

  -> Nincs igazad: nincsenek -nem TELEPÜLÉSI- korosodó közösségek (milyen alapon szerveződnének???), s a szöveg "rural small towns"-ra (településre) hivatkozik. A "population" túlmagyarázás, a "community"-ről ajánlom figyelmedbe Veszelkát Samu Jánosnál :-)
