agree  Katalin Horváth McClure: Yes, this would be a good solution if US English needed.

  -> much obliged

agree  E. Muranyi: Worked on it the same time!
6 mins
  -> thanks, yes blind fortune strikes again

agree  Istvan Nagy: Strange, In my practice these schools were always referred to as 'dual language high/secondary school'

  -> Yes that would be more accurate, as strictly speaking it is a person that is bilingual. In recent decades, though, the phrase "bilingual education" has become so prevalent that it bleeds over into situations like this. (Oh, and thanks!)

két tanítási nyelvű gimnázium
bilingual high shool/secondary school

Explanation:
A kétnyelvű gimnázium szerintem bilingual high school/secondary school (amerikai angol/brit angol).
Ezt bizonyítja a köv. weblap is:
"Remarks at the Karinthy Bilingual High School in Budapest to Commemorate International Education Week"
http://budapest.usembassy.gov/foley_iew2006remarks.html

high school diploma (bi-lingual curriculum)

Explanation:
Ez amerikai. Lehet meg korbeirni, pl.

High school Diploma from an institution with bilingual curriculum.
Diploma from a bi-lingual high school.

Example sentence(s):
  • "He earned his high school diploma in 1981 from an English-Hungarian bi-lingual curriculum school"

agree  Andras Mohay (X): A "tanítási nyelv"-re ez adja a legeredetibb (s adatolható) ötletet (de "bilingual" egybeírandó).

bilingual secondary school diploma

Explanation:
