letter of intent to settle Explanation: Interim agreement that summarizes the main points of a proposed deal, or confirms that a certain course of action is going to be taken. Normally, it does not constitute a definitive contract but signifies a genuine interest in reaching the final agreement subject to due diligence, additional information, or fulfillment of certain conditions. The language used in writing a letter of intent is of vital importance, and determines whether it is only an expression of intent or an enforceable undertaking. Also called 'memorandum of understanding' or 'precontract' http://www.businessdictionary.com/definition/letter-of-inten... -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 7 hrs (2011-07-14 17:27:19 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- IBIDEN’ s Hungarian subsidy - the first company to settle in the Dunavarsany Industrial Park – opened its 26.000 sq factory and began production recently. This is only the first step of the company’s investment, because it has just increased its territory in the park by another 9ha to a total of 15ha. IBIDEN also started to build its second factory building, which will result in a total 56.000 sq of productive area. http://www.dunavarsanypark.com/index.php?lang=en&mid=118 a legelső link úgy látom hasonlít (?) arra, amiről te is írsz, egy külföldi vállalat leányvállalata betelepül egy parkba, http://www.szilk.hu/en/companies-settled-in a parkba betelepült vállalatokra megint a settle szót használják, noha itt nem teljesen abban az értelemben ,hogy külföldrúl betelepül, Rail-car firm picks Plattsburgh: Company to settle in Industrial Park http://blog.pressrepublican.com/archive/index.php?option=com... http://industrial-zone.fengpu.com/fengpu/news/Abacus.html there have been 124 foreign companies coming from 23 countries settled down in Fengpu Industrial Park. azt hiszem ha a down szót utánaírjuk , mint az utolsó linken is akkor pontosabb |

cooperation letter of intent; letter of intent for tenancy / for the establishment of.. Explanation: Természetesen a "letter of intent" helyes fordítás a "szándéknyilatkozatra, és a "to settle" jelenthet betelepülést, én azonban azon a véleményen vagyok, hogy a kérdéses dokumentum nevében a valós életben nem szerepel a "settle"/"settlement". A leggyakoribb minden mellékes nélkül egyszerűen Letter of Intent, és maga a dokumentum tartalmazza részleteiben, hogy mire irányul az aláíró szándéka. A projekttől függően előfordulhatnak variációi, például: Cooperation Letter of Intent - ez inkább a projektben való együttműködésre helyezi a hangsúlyt, Letter of Intent for Tenancy - ez az effektív betelepülésre utal, tehát a cégek fizikailag a park bérlői lesznek. Van ezen kívül még az alapításra kihegyezett szándéknyilatkozat is, Letter of Intent for the establishment of... vagy Letter of Intent to establish...
