A bizományi / bizományosi angolul (on) consignment. A bizomány(os)i forgalmazás befektetési jegyek esetében (és áruk esetében is) consignment sales vagy sales on consignment basis.

"A tőzsdekényszer alkalmazását segíti az az előírás is, hogy a tőzsdére bevezetett értékpapírra és a tőzsdei termékre a befektetési szolgáltató az ügyfelével bizományosi szerződést köt, tehát az értékpapír adásvételét saját számlás, tőzsdén kívüli forgalomban nem bonyolíthatja le. A bizományi konstrukció nagyon lényeges tulajdonsága viszont - a Polgári Törvénykönyvben foglalt rendelkezésektől eltérően -, hogy ha a befektetési szolgáltató, illetőleg az árutőzsdei szolgáltató a bizományi szerződésben a kikötöttnél kedvezőbben értékesíti az értékpapírt, az így keletkező nyereség kizárólag az ügyfelet illeti meg. A Ptk. bizományi szerződésre vonatkozó rendelkezése lehetőséget ad arra, hogy a szerződésben kikötött limitár fölötti értékesítés esetén osztozni lehessen a nyereségen. Ennek alkalmazása az értékpapír-forgalmazásban nem célszerű, mivel a befektetési szolgáltató részéről manipulációs lehetőséget teremt az ügyfelekkel szemben. A befektetési szolgáltató feladata az ügyfelek gondos kiszolgálása, és ebbe a követelménybe beletartozik az is, hogy a befektetési szolgáltató az ügyfél javára minél jobb árfolyamot érjen el. Ez pedig csak az értékesítés nyereségének átadására vonatkozó speciális szabályozással biztosítható hatékonyan."

(1) If a broker concludes a sales contract under better conditions for the consignor as defined in the consignment contract, the benefit originating therefrom shall be due to the consignor.
(2) If a broker makes a sale for a price below the one specified in the consignment contract, he shall reimburse the consignor for the difference, unless he is able to prove that the sales contract could not have been concluded at the stipulated price, that by making the sale he saved the consignor from losses, and that he was not able to notify the consignor in time."

disagree  Ildiko Santana: "earn commissions whenever clients make trades" - a "commission" jutalék, de nem "bizomány" (consignment), a "trade" kereskedés, nem forgalmazás. A kérdésben bizományba adott befektetési jegyek forgalmazása a lényeg, nem pedig a jutaléki kereskedés.
