based on the history and the clinical picture Explanation: "Anamneza" in Israeli medicine lingo, is what is referred to as "History" in the the US medical lingo, the first part of the "H&P [=History & Physical"]. I would guess it is a left over from the pre-1948 years when Medicine in Israel was dominated by European-trained physicians. eytan |
