It's hard to find a link that is not to a scientific journal. I always forget, that I have access to journals where I work. This one shows a scan with "soft tissue fullness" http://www.journal.medscape.com/viewarticle/500445_print. You might find some links by just googeling "soft tissue fullness" in combination with CT or tumor just to see the use of the term.
