from an external agency/body Explanation: It means: an informed consent form that is not generated by the Ministry of Health, but by an agency/body external to the MoH, such as the hospital or pharmaceutical company that is conducting the study. In other words, you cannot download such a form from the MoH website or ask the MoH to send you one in the mail. (However, the MoH does publish their specific requirements for ICFs). eytan |
