Medical (general) / clinical trial
Hebrew term or phrase: ליבת הפיתוח
In a form about a clinical trial, there is a line in a section that lists changes in the clinical trial. It reads:

נספח א' - מידע בטיחותי על ליבת הפיתוח

Is this a typo? Or does LIBAT HAPITUACH refer to the "heart" of the development being discussed? I am not sure what it refers to.

Explanation:
Came up in a clinical trial document I worked on recently and I checked it out then. Plenty of references if you do a search for -- Clinical trial + "core development".
