an indurated / hard circular ulcerated polypoid lesion, suspected malignancy Explanation: an indurated / hard circular ulcerated polypoid lesion, suspected malignancy / of being a tumor (I am trying to envision how a polypoid lesion can also be a circular lesion at the same time. maybe the lesion is circular and has a polypoid part projecting into the lumen OR maybe it is an ulcerated stricture that happens to also have a polypoid mass next to / on it and it is the polypoid lesion that is suspected of being a malignancy and not the ulcerated circular induration). eytan |
