diagnostic abdominal imaging
Explanation:
I have never heard of a scout x-ray.
The word is סוקר which means "review" and not סורק which means "combing".
From the context it would appear that an x-ray is meant but it may well be that a computerised tomography scan is being spoken of, which is more common nowadays. The purpose is to have a look at the abdomen and see what one finds there to give the clinician a handle on the diagnosis.
The translation of imaging I have provided is the most general description which will allow for inclusion of both x-ray and various scanning techniques. You can use either "diagnostic" or "screening" to cover the "review" aspect of the imaging.

screening or scout abdominal X-ray

Explanation:
I must say that the phrase
צילום בטן סורק
is not common. I think what is meant would be what is called in US medicine:
screening or scout abdominal X-ray
usually a scout x-ray is performed before a procedure or at the beginning of a CT scan series, to orient the technician /physician before a procedure or a full scan.
The term:
screening abdominal X-ray
would be the literal translation, but is not as common in US medical usage.

Abdominal x-ray

Explanation:
Unless I'm missing something than this term just means abdominal x-ray. In Hebrew the correct term as far as I know is צילום בטן סקירה which means an abdominal x-ray without the use of any contrast medium.
It just means an abdominal x-ray in its plainest form.
Here are some general references:

I hope that I actually didn't missed something regarding the context.

After giving is a little more thought, maybe it is better to use the term plain abdominal X-ray, as in oppose to contrast abdominal X-ray (or radiography in general). Just to eliminate any possible confusion.
