Explanation:
אשפרה is a classical Hebrew word - probably from the root ש'פ'ר' indicating quality or improvement - for finishing the production of clothing, also used for other finishing (or curing) processes, technological or chemical. In the construction industry it may also indicate strengthening the construction. In the case of cement, in which one often embeds pipelines, the term should be "curing." (see examples)
