מספר סידורי Explanation: Can you not post in Hebrew text? Anyway, it's probably "serial number" (I doubt the patient fills it in). I'm thinking of מס"ד which is מספר סידורי. Desertfox may be correct but in this context I don't think you actually write "decimal number" in English. |
