contractual agreement / commercial association that is the object of this tender
Explanation:
99% of the time, you can replace 'commercial association' with 'contractual agreement', which is what 'hitqashrut' means in this context: entering into a cotract. Sometimes, where there is unusual/extra wording, I am too cowardly and use the more literal 'commercial association', which is a bit of Heblish; but nobody has objected to my use of the more idiomatic (if less literal; or rather, because less literal) 'contractual agreement'.

Contract, not cotract.

Anyway, contractual agreement is what I normally use. 'object of this tender' is straightforward.

Engagement herein/hereby

Explanation:
Well the term hitkashrut means being in touch with. I like and use the term engagement, which sounds as noncommittal as the Hebrew original.
