on an Israeli assessment report, it says registered L. man (רשום ל. גבר ) . What does the L. stand for? What does that term mean? Additionally, it says on the same page, הכ מעסק ס. קבילים. I'm assuming the first two words are "income from business..." but what is ס. קבילים?
