When placing an order by telephone, fax or email its likely you will be contacting a Call Centre, whereby somebody will answer your call and process your order. This is the role of the Order Entry Agent - whilst talking to the customer they ask a series of questions about the customer, who they are and the items they wish to order and enter the information into a computer system using a keyboard. Order Entry Agents can take a large number of calls per shift and opportunities exist on part-time and full time hours. Temporary contracts are also available with many organisations to support the company during busy periods i.e. new catalogues or at Christmas.

Kαι, να με συγχωρείς, αλλά θα επιμείνω στην ορθή γραφή της λέξης. Το γεγονός ότι κυκλοφορούν πολλές ανορθογραφίες είτε στο διαδίκτυο είτε στα γραπτά που πέφτουν στα χέρια μας, δεν είναι άλλοθι για να κάνουμε συμβιβασμούς και υποχωρήσεις όσον αφορά την ορθή γραφή των λέξεων.

Έχεις δίκιο για την ορθογραφία. Σου είπα από την αρχή ότι συμφωνώ μαζί σου, απλώς το γράφω όπως το βρήκα στο κείμενο κι αναφέρω το google για να πω ακριβώς αυτό που λες κι εσύ, δηλαδή ότι θέλουμε δεν θέλουμε υπάρχει έτσι (ασφαλώς ανορθόγραφο και παράλειψη μου που δεν το επεσήμανα).
Και πάλι ευχαριστώ!
